CAPITAL FLOWS BETA

EVERY TWO WEEKS · FREE EMAIL BRIEFING

Understand the capital behind the round.

Selected European announcements, recorded investor roles and the sources you can check for yourself.

What we focus on

  1. The financing announcement and what its headline amount includes.
  2. The named investors and any recorded public or institutional role.
  3. The source, the map and the limits of the available evidence.

READ AN EXCERPT · ADAPTED FROM ISSUE 002

The headline is only the beginning.

Public money can enter a private financing story in very different ways: as a guarantee, an equity investment, a grant or a customer contract.

Those distinctions matter. A financing package is not necessarily an equity round. A round total is not an individual investor’s contribution. And an optional contract is not committed revenue.

Capital Flows looks behind the headline: who participates, what role they play and what the original sources actually establish.
